POLICY

You may cancel your appointment 6-8 hours before your scheduled time. If you are stuck at work, sick or have a family emergency you may text or leave a voicemail at 631-413-6787. You can also call the salon and leave a message at 631-509-1989. We understand things get in the way so please help us so we can book other appointments accordingly.

We allow no more than 30 minutes past your scheduled appointment if you are running late. Unless there is no other appointment in front of you or you are not getting a chemical treatment, we will have to reschedule you for a later date. 

We do not offer any Groupons. We do however, offer a monthly special that you can ask about at any point. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
